Hi I’m Bec, 

I’ve been in this beautiful health/bodywork/wellness industry for over two decades now and I started as a remedial massage therapist when I was 16.

I have never looked back…honestly it has been the most life changing and significant choice I have made…the ripple effect it has had through my life, my health and the lives of others has been significant.

I LOVE working with people to make a positive difference in their lives and after dozens of trainings, a diploma, running a massage business in London for 4 years, working alongside my beautiful mum for almost 15 years and developing and beginning to teach my own technique of remedial massage, I decided I wanted to level up and help people on an even deeper level...enter 5 years of grueling study to become a chiropractor!

Now while I was studying, I decided that what I was being taught was NOT enough to serve people at the highest level, so I went to every single seminar I could find.

I flew to the US and Europe multiple times while I was student to learn from incredible experts and spent 3 years of my 5 year degree helping to train other students on how to be strong and functional in their bodies when working with clients, and how to connect on a deeper level to the people we have the privilege of laying our hands on.

All of this effort and training has lead me to where I am today and has permeated into everything I do.

Whether I am helping massage students to become the absolute best in their industry or providing the highest level of connection and healing, I am obsessed with helping you be the very best you can be. My heart and soul are in everything that I do and I would love for you to be part of the story too!

As a remedial massage therapist, I found myself struggling with techniques to address neck and headache issues, as well as TMJ. Even though my clients were happy with my work, I felt the need for more knowledge in these specific areas.

Living in Tasmania makes it difficult to access really great training to improve my practice (and also meet CPE requirements). I am a relatively new practitioner and have only been qualified for just under 2 years and I was finding that while the offerings within my professional body for CPE were good, they just weren't providing me with tangible techniques to implement into my practice. Bec's masterclasses seemed to offer that and after doing the first one, I was hooked!

Bec provides easy to understand instructions for all levels of practitioner. I love that she has a client there to demonstrate the techniques on and encourages participants to do the same so she can check in with how we are translating that information. I also love the reference images from Anatomy Trains as I had recently purchased this book prior to commencing learning from Bec and it has helped me to piece together a lot of techniques and deepen my knowledge on anatomy and fascia. 

Bec has inspired my sessions with all of my clients by increasing my toolkit.
